Job Description

  • Overall administration and management of Office 365 including  but not limited to  Exchange  Skype for Business  Microsoft Teams  One Drive  and Azure Active Directory   
  • Monitor for performance and stability issues   
  • Analyze inefficiencies in the environment and perform remediation   
  • Mergers acquisition Demerger   import export of acquired firm s messaging and one drive data into customer environment   
  • Meet regularly with IT management to review current and future plans for Office 365 environment     
  • Work on release management to release new feature of office 365 Ms Teams   
  • Should be able to handled end user issues related to EXO and Exchange onprem     
  • Experience with DLP  AIP  Litigiation hold  Ediscovery  ATP  Security policies  Email flow     
  • Knowledge of powershell scripting an added advantage    
  • Day to day monitoring   
  • Technical Validations   enhancements and implementation   
  • Work on Ongoing Projects
  • Should be able to work in 24×7
