The Collect pillar (Order to Cash) support role will be responsible for supporting and shaping the activities for bill to collect activities for the integrated operations practice. The role will be responsible for reshaping the activity strategy to connect processes from end to end with supply chain, in order to eliminate friction, rework and manual effort within B2C/Collect. Role will require Leadership, Strategic Consulting, Solutions Design, Operations Design, Order to Cash expertise with experience in connecting data an processes outside of finance functions, to improve finance functions.

So, you will need to demonstrate the ability to:
•Be recognized as an authority in your given area of expertise (internally and externally) in order that you can drive/support business development in our target markets
•Develop and maintain client relationships that can be leveraged to win business
•Actively engage on pursuits, bids, and sell-on opportunities to develop sales and commercial awareness/acumen
•Experience with Order to Cash middleware platforms
•Understands end to end Order to cash with a focus on automating finance activities (C2C), using AI, ML, platforms and tech to develop leading solutions to eliminate/reduce manual effort in collect, while driving industry leading business outcomes. Profile must have experience with industry leading platforms, digital O2C process engineering with an understanding of where the supply chain processes and data result in Collect process friction.
•Understand and track the market and potential clients business challenges
•Deliver complex presentations, leads discussion with senior management clients and influences senior clients to deliver impact and required outcomes
•Have excellent knowledge of technological products and solutions available on the market and has strong awareness of their strengths and weaknesses to drive the innovation of new products and processes
•Apply broad knowledge of latest technologies across multiple technology areas to ensure optimum solution
•Active participation in the product positioning (e.g. by attending and speaking at different conferences and events, publishing articles, etc.)
•Drive process improvement through strong domain knowledge and technology related tools within the given area of expertise
•Encourage, support, and enable individuals, exploring new ways to engage them and help identify the greater contributions they can make to the business.
•Set and communicates vision, goals and objectives in an inspiring and motivational manner and ensures staff have career and development plans and that these are achievable.
•Participate in or leads successful recruiting efforts, evaluating candidates against organization / project needs and position/role demands
General Responsibilities / Accountabilities
In this role you will manage complex Consulting projects and be responsible for selling, execution and profitability of the project. You will monitor the project on a continuous basis by identifying potential risks and resolving them through innovative reliable tools and methodology deployed by motivated staff.
As Collect (B2C) Pillar support, you will support solutioning and design for our transformation and product strategy for the Collect pillar, and support associated programmes. In addition, you will be responsible for managing pillar SMEs, associates, analysts and supporting roles for transformation and related projects. You will create a business platform from which you generate business volume and/or value and develop high-level business relations and high-impact projects.
The role will be accountable to understand and advise, present, consult and solution on process, design, technology and data initiatives relating to Collect functions. Must be Familiar with Key processes. EG: Accounts Receivables, Customer experience, Customer Interactions/customer service, Collect, disputes, claims, cash, credit, trade promotions, pricing issue resolution, customer master data and AR regulatory requirements
