Title: TDM Business Data Analyst (10771788_993608)
Location : Boston,MA (presently WFH relocation required post-pandemic)

Job Responsibilities

Liaise with various application owners to understand business imperatives need for securing an application 

•    End to end analysis to identify sensitive information PII using a data discovery tool 

•    Knowledgeable with the data privacy regulations and compliances GDPR HIPAA SOC Analysis of upstream downstream dependencies refresh process from the production to non-production databases 

•    End to end analysis of all the tables in a database to identify sensitive information PII using Data Discovery tool 

•    Prepare inventory based on data analysis 

•    Conduct knowledge sharing sessions for development testing teams 

•    Conduct knowledge sharing sessions meetings with the clients application owners to help them understand the drivers and obtain sign off on the final inventory 

•    Create project documentation 

•    Experience Required 8 years of experience in Data Business Analysis 

•    Working experience with Informatica products will be good to have 

•    Good Communication skills written verbal 

•    Proficient in MS Excel Word PowerPoint 

•    Knowledge in SQL query scripting and comfortable in independently working with relational databases 

•    Experience working with Data Architecture and Application teams to define data privacy fields and data masking requirements 

•    Understand database models designs including referential integrity application enforced integrity data dependencies between applications 

•    Ability to understand Entity Relationship diagrams for relational databases 

•    Experience working with relational DBMS like DB2 Oracle SQL Server Sybase DB2 and preferably Cloud 

•    Good understanding of database validations constraints syntax and data types 

•    Able to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing to business and technology stakeholders 

•    Ability to multitask and work effectively with little supervision ability to co ordinate onsite and offsite resources deliverables activities 

•    Ability to work with the client and manage their expectations priorities 

•    Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Business Management 

•    Computer Science Information Systems or related field
