Job Title: .Net TechnicalLead

Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Tech Lead for an Agile Scrum team the candidate should be able to guide the team in delivering solutions aligning to the technical architecture of the product. Should be able to work with PO/BA, Architects and other stakeholders in designing/delivering the solutions. Prior experience in leading a team from a technical perspective required. Should have sound knowledge/experience of .Net architecture and latest trends in technology like MVC, REST APIs etc. and also exposure to SQL Server as a database.
The candidate needs to be hands-on with programming and should be able to lead the team from the front and provide technical oversight by doing code reviews, adhering to coding standards and maintaining code quality.
Candidate needs to be proficient in the following technical areas:
•Object oriented analysis and design
•Understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles
•C#, VB.Net, LINQ to SQL, ORM , Team Foundation Server
•.Net Framework 4.x
•Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server)
•Experience with REST API, Web Services, WCF,.Net Remoting and Service Oriented Architecture a plus
•Unit testing and mocking (MSTest and MoQ) is a plus
•Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology using TFS as the tool
•Experience with Git repos an added plus
