Job role – Murex Business System Analyst

Job Location – Toronto, ON

Strong BSA with focus on database, technical and good communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Working with Enterprise market risk, Group Risk Management, Risk IT teams to create business requirements to deliver FRTB program
• Interacting with Business Users to baseline requirements
• Conduct business analysis for the data requirements for downstream Risk and Finance systems
• Working closely with the Quants, Group risk management to document gaps and address them
• Worked in conjunction with technical architects/developers to understand system integration and interface requirements
• Contribute to successful project completion by identifying risks and developing/recommending mitigation strategies
• Manage all aspects of implementation planning & coordination
• Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for the design, build, implement and stabilize phases of the project

Experience required (in years):
• 5 to 7 yrs experience in Business system analysis in banking and financial domain
• 3-5 years’ experience in Regulatory projects
• 4-6 Years’ Experience in requirements gathering, documentation
• Right attitude with good communication skills to engage with business users and other techno functional teams

• Experience in Murex projects
• Knowledge of FRTB
