We are currently seeking a top performing MS SQL Reporting Engineer with hands on experience with Data or Analytics to join our successful Insights & Data Practice.
This is a permanent requirement within our Financial Services Business Unit and the successful consultants will be expected to travel.
The focus of your role
Capgemini Financial Services requires an experienced MS SQL Reporting Engineer with Technical / Management skills in the area of business intelligence, data warehousing, reporting and analytics. The person will apply his / her Financial Services industry expertise to help our clients derive value from their internal and external sources of data. This person must be able to engage with business and IT stakeholders and articulate solutions at various levels.
What you’ll bring
- IT experience in the areas of SQL (MS SQL Server preferred), Reporting Services, ASP .NET, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), MS Office and query tools such as Qlikview would be useful.
- To diagnose data issues and produce management information.
- Knowledge and experience of Dev Ops tools
- Experience of London Market wholesale insurance and reinsurance business gained in a managing agency or commercial insurance environment
- Knowledge of the London bureau processes and the core underwriting systems used by Chubb (Subscribe) would be a key advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential give the need to work closely with people to capture requirements and coordinate activity between business and technical teams.
