Capgemini is currently seeking a Test Manager to join our Wellington team to support our client with a unique and challenging project. You will ideally have experience working on infrastructure projects or exposure to migration to cloud projects. A great opportunity to work on a game-changing project to greatly test your expertise and ensure successful delivery.
This role is accountable for design and delivery of all aspects of the business acceptance testing approach, plan and execution based on the compliance requirements and business risk appetite. The key areas of responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Define test management frameworks, reporting and reference standards
- Set quality assurance guidelines and implement standards
- Collaboration with key business stakeholders, SMEs, Delivery and Enablement partners to influence test planning and scope
- Quality assure test plans, outcome report and defect management process
- Manage issue escalation/resolution across multiple delivery partners
- Provide regular and ad-hoc progress reporting reflecting accurate status of test management activities
- Ensure adherence to required test policies, standards and processes, and test standards, guidelines and processes
Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:
- You will ideally have strong test management and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrates strong understanding of test management practices and disciplines, including understanding test management in the wider business context
- Excellent communication
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum and with multiple teams
- Knowledge on HTML, XML and SQL
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence is a must for this role
- Knowledge in automation and testing in a large environment
