Who are we looking for?
  • Hands on experience with Middleware technologies (Apache, Tomcat, Websphere, Jboss, etc..)
  • Experience with scripting
  • Knowledge of LDAP
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Knowledge of Microsoft IIS
  • Experience with OpenText Documentum will be an advantage
  • Good verbal & written English
  • Readiness for on-call duties


Nice to have:

  • Experience with ELK stack (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana)
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum

The person, who will apply for this position needs to be very good at communication and able to interact at multiple levels and build strong and lasting relationships. As a Middleware Lead Technician you will need to be able to work under time pressure and be ready for multitasking.You will be the link between the customer and the team and ensure the highest Quality of Service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team that manages Middleware infrastructure for our customer, performing typical activities like incident management according to agreed SLAs, service request management and change management.
