Roles & Responsibility:

  • 10+ years of experience in Testing which includes minimum 3 years of Test management experience
  • Strong Experience in Life insurance domain
  • Ability to create Test strategy, Test plans and test approach for complex programs and projects
  • Has strong experience in functional, automation, API and Mobile Testing
  • Has worked in ST, SIT, E2E, UAT
  • Able to define quality gates for the project and manage the quality
  • Exposure to performance testing is a plus
  • Experience in working global teams
  • Proven problem solving, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to work equally with business and technology partners
  • Ability to work both independently as well as within a team
  • Knowledge of testing and quality assurance methodologies

Language Proficiency:

  • Bilingual (Japanese, English)
