The focus of your role:

As a Senior Training Manager, you will drive the training and capability development for major enterprise transformation programs that span business, process and technology change. You will work with our project teams and clients to manage end to end activities to design, develop and deliver training outcomes, and lead our local and off-shore training teams to bring these training solution to life.

You will collaborate with our organizational change managements to ensure the alignment of training with the related change management and workforce transformation outcomes, and have future opportunities to build your exposure and capabilities in these areas.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, design, develop and implement end to end training and capability development solutions.
  • Advise our clients and our project teams on the training solutions to meet their required training by leveraging leading practice and tools to deliver effective training outcomes.
  • Work on large process and technology transformation programs spanning a range of business functions and processes.
  • Lead local and off-shore training teams.
  • Manage the training steam within major transformation programs to ensure delivery governance and excellence
  • Be a member of our leadership team to drive and strengthen Capgemini’s practice across the areas of training, organisational change management and workforce transformation; to grow our teams and our service offerings, and your personal capabilities in these areas.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in training management, having delivered large and complex training solutions in business transformation projects, ideally based on agile program delivery.
  • Significant experience in SAP implementations, across a broad range application modules and business functionals
  • Have knowledge and experience in training development and change adoption platforms (i.e. SAP Enable Now, WalkMe etc.), and knowledge of change management and design principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated strong core consulting and program delivery skills
  • Ability to understand the future state and empathise with the organisation and employee to understand what this means to the organisation and their training requirement.
  • Experience of managing teams, ideally offshore teams.
  • Understanding of change management, and the relationship between training and change activities
  • Ability to support the development and growth of our training and change management practice across the areas of capability, service offering and business development
