on Major issues like Link down, Equipment Failure, site isolation. Troubleshoot
on Minor issues like Slow Browsing, Latency and packet drops issues. Troubleshooting
Routing issues. Book
Trouble ticket with the Supplier ISP for Link related issues and follow up with
them. Work
on DNS related issue for internet circuit. Take
ownership of Change Request Tickets and work toward their resolution. Tech
Leads will work on the escalated ticket to resolve the issue. Escalated
case to L3 will be routing related issues. Creation
of new Policies on Routers switches and Firewalls. Supervise
over the Change Request carried out by the L2 Team. CCIE (Any one from Routing,
Switching, Design, Network Security, Service Provider, Storage Networking,
Voice, Wireless) Work
on Escalated cases from the Level2 Team Supervise over Changes
done by the Level 2 Team Work on critical Change Request Work on High Impact
incident cases Review
and fine tuning of Routing Policies Carry out periodic audits Generate
various reports Prioritize traffic based on the customer requirements H/W Crash
Analysis Design, Architecture & Migration activities in co-ordination with
