Manager – Change Management / HR Transformation

The focus of your role:

As a Change Manager in our People & Organisation team will be work across a variety of innovative change projects including HR transformation, workforce transition, system transforamtion operating model design, cultural transformation, and future of work. You will people and change projects or streams of work, mentoring junior consultants and coaching client on change adoption.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Advise and support clients on current challenges to set them up for the future of work, this includes;
    • HR transformation – focusing on HR target operating model design for HR process design, transition support and continuous improvement
    • Workforce transition – sustainably finding a way to integrate both, business and people maximizing the value of AI and automation
    • Intelligent HR – combining HR and people data with business and other data in order to make better strategic decisions on the workforce
    • Accelerating change – new ways of thinking, learning, and working to support the Digital Transformation and culture
    • New working paradigms – transforming the workplace/work life from a people perceptive
  • Prototype and iterate change solutions and interventions to drive long-lasting realisation of change supporting and/or leading client change journeys.
  • Leverage agile and human-centered design methodologies such as design thinking, employee experience and behavioural science working on conception, design and implementation of workforce readiness diagnosis and transition.
  • Develop relationships with business stakeholders and leaders to drive leadership maturity ensuring their acceptance of the future state and sponsorship of the change across their teams.

 

What you’ll bring:  

  • Core consulting skills with a strong background in the people and change aspects of digital transformation
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in change management, having delivering change, future of HR and/or workforce transition activities in transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in change activities that drive stakeholder engagement, change acceptance, business readiness and adoption.
  • Ability to understand the future state and empathise with the employee to understand what this means to the organisation and the people, and the ability to identify and plan the required change activities.
  • Experience of managing people and/or small teams
  • Education, training and/or professional memberships in areas such as change management, agile delivery, design thinking or experience design
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and driving a structured and organised approach to change delivery
  • Previous experince in consulting is required
