Should have strong knowledge and experience on Data Models, Workflows, Business Rules, MDF Objects, RBP, Foundation Objects, Position Management, Time Off, OData APIs, Reports etc.
Must possess a strong implementation experience in providing an approach on RBP optimization, Org. Structure Reengineering, Implementing ESS/MSS,
Knowledge of Employee Central and SAP HCM system along with other SFTP based system.
Able to manage client escalation and expectation with strong communication skills
Must be able to map the requirement in Functional Design Document or Business Process Design and accordingly delegate the work to team members
Must possess client interaction skills with strong acumen to present best suitable approach to the client and must be able to drive the Project right from scratch
Must have a Roll Out experience -> Proposing Data Migration Approach, Highlighting the risk and issues
Must have concept of integration within the BizX suits
Education Qualifications Any Graduation
Certifications Valid Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central module and RCM
Travel and others Travel may be required depending on the project needs.
Able to work independently on the relevant SF module. Very good Communication, Team Player, Team leader, Problem Solving, customer handling.
Experience (Tasks/ Responsibilities) Experience in Support projects. Experience of working in large and complex landscapes.
