An overview of the role:
We are looking to build on our successful Risk and Regulatory Team in Financial Services. Motivated, collaborative and determined, our Management Consultants work in partnership with our customers in Financial Services organisations to solve their challenges and bring insight, creativity, advice and strategy on leading technologies and trust us to be able to be hands-on to deliver as well. As we move gradually and carefully out of the Pandemic and look at the recovery roadmap, regulation will play a key role in how institutions respond to the markets and customers. We also know that the UK Regulatory Framework is under review post Brexit.
No matter the project or customer, your work will have a meaningful impact on society, businesses and lives. It’s really rewarding. And it’s also really varied. You’ll potentially work on a huge variety of projects (some larger than others), so you could gain lots of experience in a short amount of time.
Collaboration and Innovation:
We really believe in creating a partnership with our customers. Using our Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE), you’ll get to know the customer’s needs and challenges, demo innovative solutions and quickly solve problems. It’ll help you discover unexpected answers together.
You will have been working in Financial Services regulation either as a regulator, a consultant or in business, and likely to have 3-5 years experience.
You will have a strong knowledge of at least one of the following:
- Conduct Risk
- Credit Risk
- Senior Managers and Certification Regime
- Sustainability (ESG)
You will have:
- A successful track record of addressing complex regulatory challenges in Retail Banking and/or Insurance
- A good knowledge of financial services products, from the vanilla to the more complex and innovative
- Understanding of the technology landscape and the role it can play to solve our client’s regulatory challenges
Finally, we are passionate about purpose and have an additional focus on customer vulnerability, so experience of addressing this societal challenge within Financial Services would be useful but not essential.
