The focus of your role
The focus of your role is to help clients understand the impact and meaningful business growth opportunities through workplace and employee experience transformation. You will advise clients visions of a digital workplace to support business challenges, build a strategy to succeed and define digital workplace transformation roadmaps to deliver the strategy.
As businesses evolve to adapt to the digital age, the need for a modern and digital workplace and employee experience is evermore pertinent. You’ll bring experience in transforming businesses through enabling digital workplace platforms and updated operating models.
You’ll be confident working in a technology environment - but may not necessarily have an IT background or be an expert in IT - you will bring proven skills and experience at leading and delivering management consultancy projects
What you’ll bring to the Digital Workplace team
Consulting or advisory experience with a focus on client workplace and employee experience strategies
Understand the development capabilities of the Power Apps, PowerBI, Teams and SharePoint platforms and the tangible benefits they can bring to clients
Understanding of the range of Microsoft 365 services, including security, device management
Understanding of Windows desktop and associated management and deployment services, in particular SCCM and Intune
Knowledge of Windows Virtual Desktop and other virtual desktop computing models
Understanding of typical security and compliance requirements, that vary between sectors, that can influence implementation, adoption, and operating model
Understanding of the complex dependencies and compatibility matrices across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows, Office, Dynamics versions.
Knowledge of different tenant and identity architectures, including Azure AD to support a range of transitional and target models
Experience in Power Platform
Solving business problems with intuitive low-code tools
Building workflows and integrating platforms with connectors
Automating manual tasks with Power Automate
Deploying chatbots to help solve common customer and internal-facing issues automatically
