What we expect from you.
You will understand the needs of the client’s business/ technology and interface with Capgemini counterparts
You will provide Life Insurance Domain support to the business team (including regulatory/ legal/ compliance etc.)
You will understand the products and processes and will be implicated on operations (skillset, complexity etc, training/ certification requirement)
You will prepare and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
You have at least 5 years’ experience in policy administration and claims management
You have a Swiss Life Insurance Domain knowledge in processes and work experience
You have a knowledge of Life and Savings processes and / or experience in Business Requirement analysis, Operations knowledge on Life Insurance; knowledge of insurance IT platforms is desirable
Ideally, you have a knowledge of Insurance regulations (eg FINMA)
Ideally, you have a knowledge of Life Insurance Processes
Experience in other aspects of Insurance such as Underwriting, Actuarial, Marketing and Sales etc is a good to have
You are Fluent in German / Swiss German and English
