Who you’ll be working with – Capgemini’s Banking and Diversified Financials Team is focused on the design and development of equipment leasing and commercial lending ecosystems, adapted to fit the needs of Fintech integration, digital, agile, customer-centric and cloud solutions. Our team of experienced consultants work across a variety of engagements including digital strategy, enterprise systems planning and integration, post-merger integration, system selection and implementation, custom software development, integration & API strategy, enterprise architecture and organizational change management.
The focus of your role – As an Equipment Leasing and Lending Specialist, you will be part of a team working to deliver value for our bank and captive finance clients. For example, you may be part of an end-to-end transformation project, working with business stakeholders to define their vision and requirements while working with technical colleagues to develop and deliver the solution. You may be part of projects which look to streamline and improve processes, identify and track benefits or implement effective business change. You will help us look for new opportunities for work within your projects and will contribute to proposals.
What you’ll do – Project Delivery § Design and configure package-based equipment leasing and lending solutions based on customer requirements § Work with clients and software providers to perform fit/gap assessments with common equipment leasing solutions § Understand, describe, and document equipment leasing and lending business processes § Gather business requirements and write user stories § Create and manage project plans § Lead consultants to deliver quality results for clients Business Development § Drive proactive client proposals and RFP responses from initial brief to final presentations § Develop client relationships to identify and qualify sales opportunities § Proactively leverage personal business relationships to start conversations with new clients § Nurture relationships on existing accounts Practice Development § Help to hire, integrate, coach, support and grow new team members. § Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching for the team. § Develop innovative assets, including differentiated points of view, thought leadership, and methodologies.
What you’ll bring – Fantastic consulting skills – facilitating workshops, solving complex problems, writing documents, delivering compelling messages, gaining trust, managing teams, working with uncertainty, thinking on your feet! – will all be second nature to you. You will be comfortable working with a range of colleagues and clients up to the most senior level § An understanding of digital technology and the opportunities it brings to business transformation § Equipment leasing and lending domain experience (equipment leasing, commercial lending, auto finance, etc.) § Experience with implementation of package-based solutions including of one or more equipment leasing and lending platform (LeaseWave, Alfa, InfoLease, Cloud Lending, nCino, etc.) § Experience within a digital project lifecycle and a good understanding of project roles / activities (technical and non-technical) required for successful delivery including user experience
