Job Description

Offshore – Behavioural & Communications Facilitator.

  • Represent Capgemini FS L&D as Soft Skills SME and deliver training programs as Trainer / Facilitator (Communication, behaviour and Leadership)

Primary Skills

  • Design, build and deliver training programs for targeted audience on Soft Skills
  • Conduct learning needs analysis across different stakeholder / client groups and implement appropriate development interventions
  • Work with business units and teams to determine learning plans and key learning objectives and bespoke business unit learning interventions
  • Provide strategic advice to the business to assist it in meeting its capability objectives
  • Proactively advise the business stakeholder on learning solutions and pedagogical aspects engaging the Learning community as appropriate
  • Work with SMEs to ensure learning is aligned to strategy to have a ready workforce that can meet exceed customer needs and to ensure we can win bid on work
  • Provide monthly scorecard reporting to review L D investment activity and business impact Responsible for understanding the overall catalogue of offerings available Will be able to work on the complete End to End Learning solution for their capability practice which includes Identifying, designing and curating learning and meeting objectives.
  • Tracks each learning solution within the learning map curricula from development through to deployment
  • Reports back over the overall learning map curriculum status monthly and quarterly and the business impact measures agreed with the business
  • Overall responsibility of Training Need Analysis, Design and Build of Training Calendar for Soft skills
  • Experience in client facing roles and project management activities .
  • Good command over the English language grammar written and spoken
  • Knowledge of different learning pedagogies in Learning such as game based learning simulation etc

Secondary Skills

  • Project management lead management capability for individual projects
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with other team members SMEs or members from the client teams
  • Secondary Skills Nice to have Consulting experience
  • Respond timely to training requests, understand the complete requirements
  • Well versed in engaging participants through activities and adult learning, will represent as Lead Trainer and conduct Train The Trainer to SMEs to also deliver in classroom
  • Build required pre and most reading material, case studies, activities as required
  • Build a strong community with the Learning & Development professionals
  • Collaborate with various functions of HR and Business to build and deliver relevant learning solutions
  • Promote facilitators / programs within organization
  • Co-facilitate programs / Build subject matter expertise in some areas
  • Ensure quality of the content and program delivery
  • Build a community with the facilitators
  • Share knowledge and best practices
  • Promote cross expertise
  • Create TTT frameworks to expand pool of facilitators
  • Peer Mentor to support and grow
