Lean Agile Coach – Brisbane location

The focus of your role:

We are looking for a highly experienced  Agile Coach/Transformation Coach who is passionate about enabling the best of Agile teams.  Joining an established technology team you will help drive greater agile efficiencies and process throughout the engineering and product teams. You will be passionate about championing the adoption of Agile.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to organizations when guiding them through their Lean/Agile transformation, including the use of scaling frameworks and able to help organizations identify their value stream(s)
  • Work with senior leaders, cxo’s to define strategies and roadmaps for transitioning to Lean/Agile practices
  • Lead the coaching activities across one-to-many functional areas
  • Lead workshops & training sessions to educate individuals on Agile values, principles, and practices
  • Mentor and pair with change agents within client organizations on becoming true Lean/Agile champions
  • Coach and mentor vendor teams on influencing organizational change and removing transformational impediments
  • Support sales-based activities through participation in proposal creation/presentation and on-site visits to perspective clients
  • Able to manage their own work stream relatively independently and leads others in their stream
  • Keep abreast of trends and developments relevant to their professional expertise
  • Proactively participate in internal business development activities and support
  • Build healthy client relationship and actively identify and qualify sales opportunities

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated track record in delivering large and complex engagements ideally in technology consulting
  • Solid experience coaching and mentoring C level executives through an Agile transformation
  • The ability to implement and support Better ways of working.
  • Experience implementing and planning an Agile Framework at Enterprise level
  • The ability to lead several squads and ensure that delivery targets are met
  • The ability to work with cross functional trams and the ability to influence the engagement processes and tools to support agile culture and values
  • Formal Agile certifications such as SPC, PSM OR CSM
  • A strong background in design and implementation of Agile frameworks that support Product Design and delivery.
  • The ability to co -design a transformation plan and Road map for their delivery squads and stakeholders.
  • Shape and drive the adoption of Enterprise agility pillars, such as lean -Agile leadership, Agile funding, big room planning and engineering and Architecture.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • A background in Consulting and/or financial institutions would be an advantage
