  • 15 experiencer in cards domain with in depth understanding of the VisionPLUS 8 0 enterprise architecture 
  • Expertise in the business processes for issuing and acquiring Interest Payments General Ledger CCA credit card act Regulation 
  • Truth in Lending Act Risk management Triad Debt collection Fuel cards 
  • Promotions Originations Account Management Authorizations Disputes Loyalty Card Fulfilment Customer Communication Statements Letters E mails SMS Push notifications 
  • Expertise in Credit Bureau Interface NACHA format Retails cards E commerce and Fuel cards is must 
  • Expertise in PCI DSS principals 
  • Ability to lead projects right from discovery design to implementation 
  • Experience in handling major complex projects in cards payments collections Retail Fuel ecommerce areas Expertise in ASM CMS CDM FAS CTA VMX MBS sub systems is must 
  • In detail understanding of Vision Plus interfaces inter dependencies of sub systems and important controlling parameters 
  • Good understanding of Vision Plus interfaces inter dependencies of sub systems and important controlling parameters 
  • Should be aware of all the important Reports and Primary Secondary control record parameters in VisionPLUS 
  • Ability to clearly chart out functional parameter environment interface aspects of the solution when provided with a complex problem or requirement 
  • Ability to create Business requirement documents Functional solutions and high level scenarios 
  • Ability to review requirements come out with multiple solutions and provide a clear choice decision using factors including estimation simplicity complexity of solution and fit into the overall architecture 
  • Ability to do impact analysis of the requirements and identify the gaps 
  • Ability to liaison with different teams in Business and IT to get the solution implemented Ability to create Complex SQL queries for data analytics is a must Ability to create road map for the mobile as well as call center distributed web application and liaison with client Exposure to web technologies is a must 
  • Exposure to mobile application is a must
  • Exposure to e commerce business process is must 
  • Exposure to customer communications journeys using Salesforce Acoustics platform a must 
  • Ability to create UI UX for the web applications 
  • Ability to create data Visualization reporting using Power BI is must Exposure to Agile methodology is must 
  • Ability to provide leadership for the team Liaison with help client to develop Roadmap for the product Identify the ideas and liaison with client to get those ideas approved as projects 
  • Ability to plan estimate and report the team s work Liaison for client to educate him with new industry trends in cards 
  • Must have CSM Product owner certification
