& Application troubleshooting ( Scope same as an IT Helpdesk) Knowledge
of GE Apps and tools, would be required to educate the buyer Managing
the inventory in the IT Vending machine Training
on Software, Standard and Process SPOC
for customer issues and requests Conference
center support(VC support) Maintenance
and Monitoring of Vending machine, printers and equipment’s Software
Installation, H/W set up & Installation Vendor
Management (coordination for Spare parts, warranty and repairs) Co-coordinating
with different GE groups for( Applications & Tools + Infrastructure + SAM)
and Compliance, Trainings and Knowledge Management Install
and configure applications on computers and mobile devices Provide
VIP “white-glove” service, including personal tutorials, desk-side visits and
non-business hour support Ensure
security compliance of all machines in the course of a service call (verify
patch levels, anti-virus installation, encryption, etc.) Support
Engineering application and tools Ability
to drive continuous process improvements through automation and technology Understanding
of Six Sigma, ITIL and lean methodologies to develop process improvements and
facilitate problem management
