The focus of your role
As a Technology Analyst you must be knowledgeable and customer-oriented. Communication is everything for a consultant, so we expect you to amaze us with your presentation skills & exceptional technical writing skills. We’re further looking for superior technical expertise and a problem-solving aptitude.
Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:
- Creating technical user stories / specifications
- Collaborating with journey Experts, interface partners, vendors and IT teams to resolve any issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent
- Designing system changes to functions, services, interfaces, etc.
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions to problem-solve technical queries on a range of applications, as well as API technologies and cloud-based UI’s
- Creating and managing technical design artefacts to provide design overview to the wider stakeholder community

- An analytical, business orientated mindset with problem-solving abilities
Ability to articulate complex technical matters to non-technical individuals
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
A very good understanding about Agile methodology
Technically orientated systems analyst
- Strong client facing skills including presentation skills, both written and verbal desirable
