Candidate should have more than 9 yrs of OTM-GTM implementation
and support experience should have successfully served in Requirement
gathering, Analytical and Technical capacities during the Planning, Analysis,
Design, Development and Implementation stages of various large and small-scale
applications systems throughout SDLC. Possess excellent Client handling, Client relationship, and
Customer management and Project management skills. Should have practiced severalRequirement Gathering Techniques such as Interviewing, Document
Analysis, Brainstorming, Requirements Workshops, Prototyping, Use Cases,
Storyboards, Interfaces Analysis and Modeling. Must have worked in the functional domain of OTM and well versed
with the OTM configurations involving at least: Order Management (complex order
structure) , Shipment Management , Rate , Financials , User management &
security , GTM modules Should have experience in implementing OTM/GTM in a global
environment. Should have the ability to interact with the customer as well as
manage onsite and offshore technical teams. Responsible for functional solution design, application setups and
testing Must interact well with all project team members, particularly GE
POWER functional counterparts
