Short Description of the Project

We are looking for Field Service Lightning developers/ Congo Developers, to join our growing team in our digital transformation space. You’ll be part of an exceptional team where you can hone your skills and work with different talents that creates an impact for our clients.

Job Responsibilities  

As a L2/L3 Support and Enhancement ( FSL /Congo Developers  ), you will responsible in :

FSL:

  • Participation in each phase of at least one full Salesforce FSL implementations
  • Participation in each phase of at least three full Salesforce lifecycle implementations
  • Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least one Salesforce implementations
  • Participation of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach
  • Experience in Salesforce to external systems integration
  • Strong Salesforce skills in the areas of configuration, custom build using APEX and Lightning
  • Applicable Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Service Cloud, FSL)
  • Experience in tasks including configuration, customization, data migration, integration)
  • Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies
  • Knowledge of/experience with Field Service and associated skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills

 

Conga Sign/Composer:

  • Recent experience with integrating Conga Composer (or similar).
  • Recent experience with integrating Conga Composer (or similar).
  • Experience in implementing or supporting the salesforce applications involving the conga composer and conga sign for generating Excel/PDF documents and sending them for signature using Conga features.
  • Experienced in Configuring conga composer settings and features to generate the documents in required format (PDF/Excel etc).

 

Qualifications

  • Candidate should preferably possess a Diploma or Degree in Computer science or Alike

Competencies and Skills

 

  • Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience and demonstrative knowledge, skills and abilities developing and implementing workflow, document automation solutions and electronic signature using the Salesforce platform for Conga and/ or
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience in development and maintenance of Salesforce FSL application. Recent experience working on FSL.

 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced client-driven environment, recognize and react to changing requirements and priorities.
