Short Description

Capgemini Consulting India, since 2009, has grown to a team of around 250 professionals based in Mumbai and Bangalore and is aligned across two broad service offerings: Consulting, Shared Service (Strategic Research, Analytics and Creative Services). The Strategic Research team works closely with Capgemini Consulting globally as well as the larger group. Knowledge Management (KM) forms part of the overall Strategic Research team and provides global support on Knowledge Management and Proposal assignments.

CC India is looking to hire a professional to support the KM team in providing high quality support across the proposal building and project delivery phase as directed by the Account / Engagement manager. The Consultant/Sr. Consultant will ensure timely delivery of quality content on proposal slides such as methodologies, references, CVs, Point-of View, etc., and project deliverables based on secondary research and using internal knowledge bases.


Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6 months to 1 year

Primary Skills (Must have) –

• Experience in Sales Support activities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Strong interpersonal skills 

• Ability and willingness to work on short deadlines

• Expertise in MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint 

Job Responsibilities

Project and Proposal Support –

• Contribute to building sections of proposals based on the requirement of sector and service offering

• Support members of the global/ regional consulting community by capturing sections of proposal documents, deliverables, and success stories and also by providing this reusable information using material from our knowledge bases

• Create deliverables for the Consulting projects by doing secondary external research on Gartner, Forrester, Factiva, Google, and internal knowledge bases

• Supporting other initiatives of project and proposal support teams as necessary when requested by the Manager or Team Lead

Content Management –

• Creation / maintenance of knowledge portal

• Update the knowledge repositories (SharePoint, Drupal) with most-recent documents, archiving outdated content, collecting best practice deliverables, and references

• Proactively collect success stories and follow-up for further documents such as deliverables and captured meetings

• Facilitate the creation, approval and storage of Success Stories for the region. As experience is gained there may also be opportunities
