Why this role?
Overall accountable for the success delivery of temporary planned Key Events and Unplanned Key Events for the duration. Participate in planning, operation and post event activities as required to ensure the successful delivery of End User services during the event.
Action as the primary focal point for the client and manage escalations
The successful candidate will be fully flexible and ideally have experience of working in a large outsource service environment. The applicant will be highly motivated in managing the delivery of services, solutions, and operations.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
Distribute and recover End User devices to support Key Events in accordance with the Service Request process to an agreed timetable in respect of that event
Participate in planning, operation and post event activities as required to ensure the successful delivery of End User services during the event
Determine levels of End User Device stock required to support planned and unplanned Key Events
Store and maintain on Supplier premises End User Devices for Key Events and make available for use as requested by the Authority
Key skills required:
Good technical knowledge across technology towers
Strong customer communication skills
ITIL v3 Foundation
Confident with good leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Self-starter capable of working on multiple areas with minimal direct supervision
Flexible and able to prioritise in a fast moving and pressured environment
Strong analysis capability and ability to drive service definition, introduction, and improvement
Experience of engaging and building successful relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
