An overview of the role
As a Junior Forecasting and Replenishment Consultant, you will work as part of a team shaping and delivering processes and solutions to clients across the retail sector.
This role is a unique chance to work with the latest technologies, for example: S/4HANA, IoT, UI5, Digital, Cloud and Mobile, helping Clients renew their enterprise as they move through their transformation journeys.
You will be working on programmes, at any or all stages of the lifecycle, from shaping the transformation roadmap, through delivery to post go live support.

⦁ You will be performing in a junior consultant role of Forecasting and Replenishment Consultant on large SAP Implementations including supporting workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
⦁ Deliver packages of work in your functional area within an engagement, across the project lifecycle from Discovery through to Run while being supported by your functional team lead and wider project team.
⦁ Have a clear understanding of stakeholder management and the need to build strong relationships and trust with our clients.
⦁ Manage and develop your career through training, building your network and contributing to the practice and wider group growth and objectives.
⦁ Keep up to date with SAP capabilities and latest innovations

- ⦁ You will bring your developing experience in IS-Retail up to 2020 S/4HANA; along with your knowledge of SAP F&R from at least one implementation project
⦁ Your developing experience in one or more of the following areas; Multi-Echelon Replenishment, Reference modules, extending Workbenches with custom fields, Substitutions, Truck optimization, Fresh Addon is desirable.
⦁ Knowledge of SAP UDF (Unified Demand Forecast) is preferable
⦁ You have a passion to work with our clients, advising them on how to get the most out of their SAP technologies
⦁ You are developing your consulting and functional experience and be able to work in a multi-cultural environment and experience in collaborating cross-teams
⦁ Demonstrates a proactive approach, commitment, and flexibility both internally and externally; gets results and proactively supports others
⦁ Documentation skills including Functional Design documents and able to write comprehensive Functional Specifications documents for enhancements and interfaces
⦁ Knowledge of the strategic direction of SAP and related products to support continuous improvement
⦁ Enthusiasm for learning and staying current with the latest technologies and market forces.
⦁ Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
