Junior Payroll Specialist

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

                                       

What do you need to start?

  • HR related studies and readiness to start working in payroll processing area;
  • Fluent English;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office – especially MS Excel;
  • Readiness to work in shifts (Monday-Friday, between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.);
  • Knowledge of process specific systems/tools (Case management system (preferably Zendesk, but not exclusively), SAP SuccessFactors, Time and attendance systems, Document management systems) will be an asset.

We don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.

 

What duties will help you grow as an expert?

  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to payroll area;
  • Resolve client’s queries and questions with regards to salaries paid;
  • Provide clarification of payroll policies and procedures based on internal desktop procedures and other documentation;
  • Providing any support needed to senior team members and gradually actively taking part in more complex payroll related tasks.

You will start your career from the onboarding plan where you’ll grab the basics. When you gain enough experience, you can get promoted or change your role internally choosing from various job positions in areas such as finance, project management, customer care, IT and much more.
