Position Title: Junior Network Operation/Implementation engineer

Job Overview:

A junior engineer who is supporting all Network operation and implementation, supporting business and IT units in Asia Pacific region under the guidance of senior engineers. When implementation completed, create technical design documentation, and partner with local in-country resources or vendors to deliver the service and troubleshooting.
Project / Service Description:
-Daily network operation and implementation of Clients wholesale network
-Communication with business for their inquiry/troubleshooting.
-Create/update documentations/diagrams which are required for daily network implementation and operation.

Responsibility:
Provide 1st/2nd/3rd line operational support for all lines of Network/Firewall/Load Balancer systems across Asia Pacific region
-Verbal and written communication to senior IT/Business management when major incident happens (in English), using appropriate wording.
-Design, deploy, configure and operate Cisco network devices, Juniper/Check-point firewall, F5 load-balancer, Bluecoat proxy, Ciena DWDM, given a technical specification on the features and functionality required.
-Delivery of moderately complex analytical and evaluative information for use by others (reports, engineering designs, user education manuals, etc…).
-Provide consultations and operational support to business and IT units
-Provide moderately complex technical support to ensure availability per business group.

Requirements:
-1+ years of experience of network performance & packet analysis by using SevOne and Wireshark
-Experienced user of Cisco products (CCNA/CCNP)
-1+ years of experience in network industry working on routers & switches
-Have worked on applications like Microsoft Visual Studio and Excel.
-Fluent spoken and written English
-Fluent spoken and written Japanese
