The focus of your role
Your focus will be to drive RFP process and support with creating sustainable procurement process for Professional services and Consultancy services together with the global Category team. During your working day you will have interaction with stakeholders in different levels to understand their requirment and support them through the procurement process. You will drive negotiation with suppliers and formalize contracts, or shift to a more strategical focus and monitor supplier performance. You are responsible for gathering data and creating reports, to do this sucessfully you need to master Excel. Your working day will be diverse and you can also be asked to give a presentation in front of senior management.
Who you’ll be working with
You will belong to the global procurement team with a focus on the Nordic Capgemini business, but you’ll also have some of your colleagues working close with you in Stockholm. The team supports Nordic Senior Management but reports within the global procurement structure. You will be working extensively across the business areas and support the Nordic Category Manager by taking responsibility for sub-categories in order to deliver savings.
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience or willingness to learn the craft of purchasing and contract negotiations
- B.S./M.S. in Engineering or Business Administration with a distinguished academic record
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Business fluent in Swedish and English
