We are expecting significant growth this year in all Service Lines and invite expressions of interest for the role of Junior Business Analyst

 

Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: 

  • Conducting a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
  • Understanding the life cycle of various processes within business and support teams and performing an impact analysis on various systems, data and processes involved.
  • Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Creating process documents for newly implemented process and conducting a training session for operational users.
  • Maintaining reporting dashboards for various business processes, presenting the dashboards to key stakeholders.
  • Support business team’s data requirements in their business initiatives.
  • Understanding end-to-end processes, while performing specific support tasks.

 

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:  

  • 5 years experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Experience across enterprise delivery, release process, risk engagement, change management etc
  • Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira + Confluence)
  • Business process and work instructions documentation experience
  • Effective Stakeholder Management, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Documentation & Writing Skills, Confident Presenter
  • Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria and working closely with engineers and testers to ensure a quality outcome
