Duties and Responsibilities:

  • iOS Support
  • LIFE-J Operations
    • Check daily operation report (results for batch run output of print)
    • Check daily batch job schedule request to update schedule if special change
    • Based on the request from the development team, data restoration from the production environment to various development environments, setup
  • HULFT for AS400 Data/File Transfer Operations
    • Creation & handling of monthly schedule and management of about existing data linkage processes
  • JP1 and DataSpider Monitoring
  • DataMagic (character code conversion software) troubleshooting (LIFEJ, cause analysis on occurrence of data error, recovery response)
  • MIMIX for AS400 Operations
  • SFDC
    • Receiving request for SFDC ID, registration, management
    • Cause analysis of failure occurrence, response · status management (inquiries to SFDC)
  • Daily batch job execution and monitoring. Batch Macro JOB scheduler operation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • iOS, LIFE-J, HULFT and MIMIX for AS400

Language Proficiency:

  • Business level Japanese skill or higher is a must
    Conversational level of English or higher
