Short Description

Role – Java Trainer / Facilitator

Should have 5+ yrs of trainer experience in Java/JEE technologies and with large organizations/MNCs. 
Should have experience of facilitating the fresher and lateral both

Responsibility: 
To Train the fresher and lateral/experienced associates on Java, JEE, Spring, Hibernate/JPA, .JS Framework, JQuery, Frontend and database technologies
Prepare and manage the training material/courseware, question bank, assignment, etc 
Wherever necessary Design and execute the skill upgrade programs 

Primary: Expert in Java, Servlet, Spring, Spring MVC, Design Pattern, Hibernate, JPA, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
Secondary: Web Services, Angular, SQL, RDBMS

Should have good hands on experience in the Java/JEE and front end technologies. 
Should have good presentation skill. 
Should act as an SME in the specific technology to deliver the topic. 
Should mentor the project work towards the participants. 
Should be ready to conduct interviews at any time. 
Should have experience in corporate trainings for at least 6 years 
Should have good communication skill. 
Should be flexible in nature. 
Should be able to propose technical solution for upcoming projects

Bachelors in Engineer
