Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: 

As a Salesforce Transition Developer (Consultant/Senior Consultant), you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You’ll be:

  • Utilising your core consulting and technical developer skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with  core Java , Microsoft or fullstack technologies
  • 2-5 years Hands-on Development experience with core Java , Microsoft or fullstack technologies
  • Familiarity with a variety of designs, languages, and methodologies (e.g. SQL, J2EE, RabbitMQ, Microservices, Agile and Scrum)
  • Familiarity and working experience with development tools, guidelines and conventions including but
  • not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET
  • Working with the development team in analysing, designing, coding and unit testing solutions.
  • Active participation in development workstreams within projects.
  • Using your experience to guide our clients in best practices and better ways of achieving their goals.
  • Working alongside a team of talented technical Salesforce people, knowledge sharing and supporting each other to help each other develop your expertise in Salesforce.

 

 

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:  

What we’re looking for in Developers would be your:

  • 2-5 years Proven experience of Development with core Java , Microsoft or fullstack technologies
  • Familiarity with a variety of designs, languages, and methodologies (e.g. SQL, ORM, J2EE, RabbitMQ, Microservices, Agile and Scrum)
  • Familiarity and working experience with development tools, guidelines and conventions including but

not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET

  • Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Cloud technology-enabled solutions that addresses their needs.
  • Capability to communicate with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations.
  • DevOps  experience preferred, including use of DevOps tools such as git.
  • Active Salesforce Trailblazer learning path .
