Bachelors in Engineer
5+ years of hands-on experience in working in Java, Spring / Heroku based applications
Familiar with microservices frameworks and patterns
has good leading skills to leads support project.
Understanding of infrastructure platforms like Heroku or Amazon Web Services
Ability to provide 24X7 rotational support
Strong analytical & trouble shooting skills required.
Knowledge of Splunk and Tealeaf is a plus.
Knoweldge of UI technolgies like JQuery, Angular JS , EXT JS and Flex is a plus.
Experience supporting mission-critical in financial services industry, particularly in a Insurance servicing environment, is a big plus.
Complex issue triage, investigation and coordination to closure including leading triage on major incident calls
Collate data for Proactive Service Improvement Initiatives (does not include code changes) including trending of incidents, root cause and other MI to identify improvement actions
Own and Drive data for Capacity/Performance Management
On call support and ad-hoc overtime as appropriate
