Job Title: Java Architect (Wallet)
Location: Dallas, TX
Position Type: Fulltime/Permanent

Skills & Job Description:
– At least 10 years of experience in design and development of Service Oriented and Object Oriented Enterprise Scale Applications, with at least 2 yrs of primary lead as an architect
– At least 6-8 years of experience in JEE stack 
– At least 6-8 years of work experience in the Cards and Payments Industry (Retail and commercial Banking does not count) 
– At least 2-3 years of experience in Designing Mobile Banking or Wallet Solutions with Android and iOS platforms – At least 3-4 years of experience in Integrating Services across cloud, OTA updates and notifications, other enterprise components
– 2-3 years of experience of designing solutions with teams, delivering in an Agile model Skills and Competencies Core Skills – In depth Knowledge and Experience in implementing enterprise solutions using OO and SOA Design Patterns
– Experience with server-side architectures and web application development utilizing: Spring, Hibernate, Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP, Service Oriented Architectures, MicroServices 
– Required Java and related web application engineering skills: JSP, JSF, Servlets, JDBC, HTML (4.0+), AXIS, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, JAXB, WSDL, XML (SAX, JAXB, JDOM), JSON 
– Knowledge of at least one of these JavaScript framework like angularJS, dojo, node is a must 
– Knowledge of Android, iOS and other mobile platform capabilities and its integration with Core Systems
– Experience in designing solutions that meet Enterprise Quality of Services like concurrency, performance, scalability, security
– Experience in Sizing infrastructure using Capacity planning for solutions 

Soft Skills:
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Ability to conduct design sessions with good presentation skills

Domain Skills:
– Exposure and Knowledge of Card and Payment Technologies and concepts such as ISO8583, Tokenization, Crypto APIs, POS, EMV, NFC, PCI DSS compliance

Bachelors degree required
Masters degree preferred
