Job Description

  • Executing end to end Process consulting assignments based on ITIL V3 V4 ISO 20000 CMMI SVC models and frameworks following good documentation practices.
  • Drive process transformation and continuous service improvement programs for various engagements using industry best methods and techniques.
  • Define Service level KPI measurement framework for various engagements.
  • Facilitate integration of service management tools with processes and SLA KPIs.
  • Perform process and SLA KPI s testing on service management tools.
  • Timely reporting of the status on the assignments to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conducting ITIL training programs at all levels and active involvement in development and maintenance of training course materials.
  • Adhere to SOW of consulting framework and processes while delivering any assignment.
  • Active contribution in Pre sales activities and customer relationship management.
  • Ensure updates to knowledge repository on the assignment worked delivered.
  • Mentoring other Service Management consultants for skills and capabilities development.

Primary Skills

  • ITIL v3 v4 Expert or at least 2 Intermediate modules certified  (Must have).
  • ISO IEC 20000 Implementer Lead auditor certified.

Secondary Skills


  • Assessment auditing skills.
  • Knowledge on other related frameworks and standards like ITSM Agile Service Management SIAM DevOps Agile ISO 9001 Six Sigma COBIT CMMi SVC etc will be an added advantage.
