  • Min 7-9 yrs exp in end to end AP Payment process knowledge an added advantage
  • Good Reporting skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Capable of handling process independently
  • Admirable presentation skills
  • Attention to detail – enabled with sound accounting knowledge
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Versatile in interacting with clients
  • SAP experience would be an added benefit

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for service delivery for End to End AP process with responsibility to manage a team of 10-20 FTE’s including Process Leads
  • Take ownership for improvement projects to improve service delivery
  • Will act as a first point of escalation for the offshore team and ensures timely response to emails and escalation
  • Drive/lead operations calls with eye for details
  • Effectively utilizing the capacity of the team based on individual's target, Volume Handling, Allocation
  • Document all the pain areas issues in the Issue log and ensure timely completion
  • Responsible for effective people management and appraisals
  • Proactively review teams performance to exceed client  KPI's
  • Identify business impacting areas and drive improvement projects to win over the client satisfaction.
