Context of the role

– Group Internal communications transformation: new governance, new operating model, new tools & processes

– Group Human Resources Department Group-wide projects aiming at People engagement & development: Pulse, Connected Manager Program, etc.

– People Value Proposition under finalization



Role & Responsibilities

– Supporting Group Internal communications team in the IC transformation projects and more especially organizing on-boarding meetings for new IC tools, helping on attendee’s management and presentation documents

– Writing and editing Intranet articles around Pulse and Connected Manager program – and supporting comms plan deployment

– Supporting the Managers’ audit project

– Helping to develop the e-learning module dedicated to Internal comms within the ‘Next’ platform

– Supporting the PVP launch and deployment (timing dependency)



Experience & qualifications

– Master 1 or Master 2

– English fluency

– Mastering Office (Word, Power Point, etc.)

– Positive attitude, dynamism and a strong interest for Technologies

– Good self-organization skills and good communication skills
