  • Implies management of scope, preparing plan, tracking plan, team capacity, skills, backup, training, forecasts, Quality, Estimation etc.
  • Setting up and motivating teams
  • Timely communication of project status through clear reports
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to resolve project blockers
  • Management of risks and issues
  • Participate in pre sales and esnure the balance between feasability and customer expectations
  • Encourage innovation
  • Relationship with the customer
  • On Time / Effort / Cost
     

Primary Skills

  • Strong Agile methodology experience
  • Experience on Integration platforms

Secondary Skills

  • Should have experience managing Team of 30+ members
  • Should be good in managing Customer relationship
