The key objective of the Capgemini’s Insights & Data practice is to work in a unique, pioneering and collaborative way with our clients to provide customised opportunities to turn data into insights. We help our clients to turn their digital vision into a compelling Insights & Data strategy that delivers tangible, measurable value. We also help to renew their existing data estate – achieving cost and agility benefits along the way – while becoming a truly digital enterprise.


Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: 

Within the Insights & Data Australia business, you will connect the right people to the right projects, at the right time, effectively matching demand to supply and using a commercial mindset to deliver quality solutions. You’ll build strategic relationships with leaders and other teams across our business. Understanding our business issues and imperatives, and driving resourcing and business operations outcomes will stretch your horizons. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.

You are responsible for connecting our people to the experiences which enrich the careers of our I&D professionals. Primarily, your responsibilities include:

  • Talent pool management
  • Actively managing resource allocations to projects
  • Understanding individual capabilities and experience and proactively identifying opportunities to support their development and utilisation
  • Resolving staff booking conflicts
  • Optimising business performance – Highlighting trends, advocating solutions and managing operations in pursuit of increasing utilisation, employee engagement and business performance
  • Stakeholder & relationship management – Responsible for managing key relationships within and across the service lines and I&D talent pool
  • Utilisation Management – Resource utilisation, bench management and workforce planning including proactively planning future resource utilisation aligned with recruitment and I&D business strategy
  • Sales Operations – Oversight of I&D sales operations
  • Forecasting – Support billable FTE, utilisation and sales bookings forecasting process and drive achievement of outcomes against forecasts
  • Time Card Management – Monitor and manage completion of timecards

The following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field
  • Experience in Resource management, talent development, and/or supply & demand management within professional services or B2B environments
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the related field in professional services and consulting environment
  • Experience working with senior management and Executive team
