A visionary leader with 15 years of financial services industry experience 10 yrs of experience in WM industry Must have experience working at top wealth management or asset management organization Recognized wealth management leader with experience delivering a large scale data analytics program for a wealth asset management firm Prefer to have prior experience working for a large advisory or consulting organization data analytics innovation Good to have working experience with a product company focused on banking capital markets sector Credibility of building out forward looking solutions and capabilities and product development in wealth and asset management sector Good to have affiliation and or experience with industry body platform regulators open source Well versed with leading wealth management trends and forward looking opportunities Deep understanding of integrating data and insights solutions and consulting capabilities into the forward looking banking capital market products services Define the data and analytics strategic vision with wealth management solution development to support growth Lead a team to execute on that vision by developing forward looking capabilities to improve the maturity of data driven decision making and to bring actionable insights for our BCM clients while driving go to market Partner with broader Capgemini teams to expand development of WM capabilities ready to deploy solutions to realize growth Manage delivery of client engagements and grow WM practice across BCM accounts Expand WM solutions for alignment with broader banking solutions integrated banking wealth management offerings Leverage your industry network to drive go to market to deliver growth
