Infra Engineer – Tech Admin

Roles & responsibility description

The primary purpose of the role will be to deliver below roles in Azure engagement

  • Tracking & Monitoring project Performance-Tracking of all project related activities along with PM and LA
  • Liaise with client to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Tracking & Monitoring project Performance-Tracking of all project related activities along with PM and LA
  • Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication.
  • Problem Management: identify the cause of an incident/issue and manage the life cycle of all problems. By delving deep into incidents to find the root causes and fixes, and providing workarounds.
  • Maintaining project plan, and update consolidated reporting to the Project Board, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred
  • Liaise with client to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Quality assurance-Creation and implementation of processes as and when needed in different delivery phases
  • Risk and Issue Management-Identifying risk and issues associated with the project, document in Risk/Issue register log, classify based on severity, Raise at project status meeting and review all the open risks, and Ensure resolution within time frames
  • Resource Onboarding and Management: Resource Utilization, Capacity Planning, forecasting reports
  • Procurement Management
  • Defect Management- Defect tracking and updating the defect status for all the open/re-open and new defects on daily basis, Following up with the respective assignees and updating the tracker on daily progress, Sharing the updated tracker to the senior management for review in the daily defect review calls

Required Skills:

  • Technical Knowledge – Infrastructure, Cloud, IT control,
  • Business level Japanese & English communication skill
  • Project Management Tools like Microsoft Visio and Project, Other advanced Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Access, and Share point
