We value +5 years of hands on business experience within M3 from a management or leading position. Preferably within retail and/or FMCG.

• Having experience in supply chain domain and expertise in Store Operation
• Very Good Communication and stakeholder management
• Should be willing to travel short term as well as long term to client locations
• Good Team player/supporter with strong functional background
• Assisting with the reviews and validation of forecasting algorithms and configurations
• Assisting with the design of KPI dashboards, metrics, and reports to enable client business objectives and prioritie
• Responsible for the solution within defined business areas (process, information, application) involved in tests to support within a defined area – across all of the processes and applications involved
• Participates in the Change Control Board where decisions are made on solutions and different options
• Supports participants in the business in understanding the solution – Complies with program-wide and established IT principles
• Communicates the overall solution
• M3 knowledge in order to cash and procure to order and distributon
• Overall understanding of economics and finance
• Ability to integrate business needs, analyze the capabilities and limitations of the system, and develop a solution based on best fit between business needs and system solution Personal characteristics:
• Turns the business needs into solutions – in some cases, technical solution in other cases changed work methods including consistency of the respective options – Is
• Easy to co-operate with Solution-oriented in turnover of technical solution needs Leadership skills with regard to coaching around solution, delivering long-term vision and structuring work as needed
• ollect the business needs and translate them into specifications for the development service that provides the IT solution
• Representative and privileged interlocutor and permanent IT, the functional consultant ensures that the proposed solution preserves the consistency of the SI and the ERP standard: provide the interface between the business lines and the DSI
• Migration experience
• Take into account the constraints and security needs of the IS
• Ensures the configuration of the ERP and its integration in coordination with the integrator.
• Participate in the writing of test books and user media
• Advise on the choice of standard IT tools, if necessary, after having studied the technical coherence and the impacts on the current IS (tools, standards, interfaces, costs induced …)
• Post start, ensure the expertise of the solution by returning to the DSI and provide support to the business
• Interactions with internal interlocutors (with the management and the project team, and all users) and / or external (IT providers)
• Must have proficiency on Excel, PowerPoint etc.Deep competence within SCM processes, organizations and functions.
• Have been leading change from a people and organization POV.
