Who you’ll be working with
You will join a capability of 170+ professionals who provide project (PMO) and business operation/management (Business Operations and Demand Management) services to our delivery teams across the Capgemini HMRC Market Unit.
The Focus of Your Role
Joining our welcoming graduate community, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of engagements spanning across projects, programmes, portfolios, services and operations. Your analytical skills, combined with excellent stakeholder management and communication will bring control, direction and insight to our engagements and business processes.
What you’ll do
As graduate you will get the opportunity to learn and develop, whilst working alongside experienced professionals providing a range of services including:
• Financial Management – monitoring and control, analysis, reporting
• Resource and Capacity Management – capacity planning, on/off boarding, resource assignments
• Capability Development – organising training and development activities, certification support
• Planning and Control – support the business in the planning of delivery, reporting progress and governance controls
• Change Management – support the change control and proposal management for our deliveries
