Incident Manager

The job on offer

We’re looking to recruit an experienced Major Incident Manager to embed within a Client environment, to lead and drive forward the role across a multi supplier SIAM environment. 

Your role

The MIM role will involve working initially with a Programme team to operationalise and subsequently adopt the new process/ways of working, which will include a new instance of ServiceNow.  Then taking the lead role for MIM and driving it forward in support of the Client as they onboard there new suppliers to a SIAM environment.
 
 

Your profile

Essential Skills:
•    Experienced in leading/managing a MIM role  
•    ITIL V3/4
•    ServiceNow experience/Knowledge
•    Stakeholder Management skills
•    Key communications skills
•    Ability to work as a wider team that is dispersed across the country
•    Security Cleared to BPSS/SC
