Job Description:-

  • Ensures that inputs, outputs and interfaces for the process activities are correct.
  • Organizes and chairs calls and meetings as required by process
  • Supports and coordinates delivery teams, vendors and managers to follow the process to ensure that their contributions are effective
  • Creates or updates records to show that activities have been carried out correctly
  • Has the authority to manage Incidents effectively throughout the Incident lifecycle. 
  • Performs the quality check and reporting 
  • Has clear understanding of how their role contributes to the overall delivery of service and the creation of value for the business
  • Escalates any deviations from process and procedures 
  • Updates and maintains work instructions
  • Identifies enhancement and improvement opportunities and applies them to the procesS
  • Undertakes the management of Incidents, ensuring all Incidents are correctly logged, processed and updated
  • Takes accountability for all open Incidents
  • Proactively identifies Incidents at risk and takes appropriate preventive actions
  • Makes sure potential Major Incidents are being escalated to SI Major Incident management team
  • Facilitates cross resolver groups resolution meetings
  • Produces required reports
