Job Location:- MUmbai
- Ensuring consistent and timely fault management in line with the fault matrix, ensuring all faults are raised and ensure accuracy by driving delivery of required information.
- Proactively identify issues both from repeated and performance statistics and take steps to ensure that these are mitigated and avoided.
- Carrying out responsibilities, taking into consideration the required time lines and ensuring 100% System uptime.
- Adhering to SLAs and escalations of all projects and be part of the end user support which involves 24 by 7 support.
- Monthly reviewing of Service Level Management reports related to Incidents and Change server availability and uptime monthly Operations Review.
