JOb Description:-

  • Coordination with end users on P1 & High P2 situation L1 /L2
  • Gather additional requirement from incident reported over Ticketing tool
  • Fix issue related to process & process data maintenance
  • 1st Level & Level 2 Incident Analysis
  • Incident Resolution
  • Update Incident Priorities
  • Incident Routing with required information & analysis
  • Incident Follow-up for closure
  • Handholding to end users on Process Issues
  • Collaboration with other teams for Problems
  • Known error management
  • Participation in UAT's as per requirement
  • Scenario Replication as per requirement
  • SOP's Management
  • Document Management

Experience:- 4 to 6 Years
