We are looking to hire Immigration Specialist with 9 – 12 years of exp in Bangalore location Role Description (Role & Responsibilities)

 Compliance Define and monitor measure legal compliance for H 1 cap applicants

 Adherence to LCA compliance Posting PAF data wage compliance

 

Specification / Skills / Experience

  • Compliance Define and monitor measure legal compliance for H 1 cap applicants
  • Adherence to LCA compliance Posting PAF data wage compliance
  • Review maintenance of all LCA utilizations
  • Ensure salary wages data is shared with appropriate Comp and benefits team to enable compliant wage payout to employee as per the prevailing work authorization People Management
  • Have regular meetings with the team members understand operation challenges guide them with appropriate solutions
  • Review team s performance on monthly basis and provide feedback Effectiveness
  • Monitoring the SLA s both internal and external SLA as per the agreed norms and finding the root cause for any deviations
  • Regular communication with Immigration legal team to understand the immigration requirement changes in acts regulatory requirements and updating the SOP document accordingly and communicate the requirements to business on need basis
  • Process Optimization through continuous improvement programs
  • Analysis and timely procurement of LCAs
  • Collaboration with Onsite filing team and legal team on status updates SLA monitoring delay in receiving the decision from USCIS Efficiency
  • Managing business requirements diligently by sending frequent status updates to business SPOC and understanding the work authorization extension projections for next six months
  • Minimize business escalations by improving the process send frequent status updates to priority business accounts
  • Supporting the team members in implementing the immigration changes to process Report MIS  Review MIS tracker for 100 data accuracy in all aspects on weekly basis manual APRO reports Prepare dashboard to business for key BU leaders and publish as per the agreed timelines
  • Close monitoring of LCA process to ensure SLA driven process and timely completion to enable process continuity Training
  • All corporate driven mandatory training needs to be attended and closed as per the defined timelines attend all mandatory training nominated by manager and complete the mandated hours of training defined by L D team Quality Process Improvement
  • Review the SOP FAQ document for the assigned countries with detailed process SLA guidelines Guide the team members with necessary updation in these document as per the regulatory changes Minimum 5 6 process improvements steps either in SLA reduction cost saving through continuous process improvements Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Participate and attend the CSR activity scheduled by the CSR team minimum 1 or more
