KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze learning aims and objectives and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design
solutions.
• Apply instructional design theories and practices.
• Develop customized e-Learning solutions for a variety of subjects and industries.
• Use appropriate writing styles to make content easy to understand for the target audience.
• Ensure good quality of all deliverables to clients.
• Discuss ideas for images, graphics, and animations with a senior team member before specifying them for development.
• Produce well written audio and video scripts to produce high quality course assets.
• Communicate effectively with the development team.
• Ensure good quality of all deliverables to clients.
• Work effectively with colleagues to create compelling and engaging deliverables.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate/post-graduate (post graduate in Mass Communication/Instructional Designing).
• Extensive experience in instructional writing/instructional design and content visualization (minimum 5-7 years). 
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Good visual design skills and the ability to storyboard.
• Good verbal communicator, able to liaise with client contacts.
• Very good eye for detail.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Knowledge of AICC and SCORM Standards
• Ability to work closely with other instructional designers/project managers/vendor teams in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task while also dealing with frequent schedule changes and interruptions and additional requests 
• Responsible for developing technical and non-technical content and creating a structured course storyboard based on instructional design principles
• Interview and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain content knowledge 
• Design and develop course content storyboards for eLearning courses adhering to SME and client requirements under the direction of ISD Lead
• Collaborate with eLearning technical developers and quality analyst to develop and launch course in specified time frame 
• Develop communication plans and content based on program needs working with Program Managers
• Strong narrative writing skills 
• Ability to execute technical, scientific or general research on the web 
• Ability to distill complex material into coherent interactive courses 
• Ability to work with SMEs from a variety of technical, scientific and professional backgrounds 
• Ability to manage multiple projects within strict deadlines 
• Software experience: Microsoft Office Suite, web based training tools, web based content tools; HTML and Flash, Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline, Captivate and Lectora
• Very good eye for detail.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.•
